Won an iris and did not get it!

  1. I've been waiting for 28 minutes with no iris and a spent 11 million. I have tried relogging, going to home base, switching configs, etc. It clearly states in the history of auction 2014-05-24 09:00:00 that I purchased 1 iris for 11,683,530 credits. Yet I do not have the iris. Help please.

    Have you tried clearing your cache? it may be a piece of old data stuck in the browser cache causing it to not show up. An excellent guide to this can be found >Here<.
