WON trade but received no ship

    i bidded on a goliath ship in trade on: 2014-05-23 18:00:00
    it clearly says i won, but i received no goli help please, it took all my credits aswell.

    Just double checking, have you looked to make sure it's not in your ship pool? If you have and it's not then I think support are the only ones who can deal with this type of issue.

    its definetly not in ma ship pool, i done everything i an think of. i log off for 5 mins and logged back on and still nothing. i will send an email to support.

    After investigating further into you matter, it appears you have one hanger and are currently flying the Jade ship Which mean that you do own the Goliath. As it is not possible to fly the Jade without the Default Goliath.
