wont let me login once i choose uswest server

    is anyone else having this problem my ship was fully upgraded i may have been missing 1 fully uped laser

    I am confused about what you are saying. You don't select your server, the game selects it for you. Are you saying that when you manually switch servers, your stuff is missing?

    Try clearing your cache.

    yes that's exactly what im saying.... it restarts me at the homepage when I do select us west and then I cant log into my account for weeks it just opened up again on us east I have everything I had before

    but I still cant select uswest or it'll kick me back to the homepage logging me out again

    it sounds like u have been suspended on that account

    in the browser address does it say =99calmdown at the end of the address when trying to login into uswest?

    it says this =externalHome&loginError=calmDown

    I never said or did anything to get banned I wasn't being racist and if its cuzz of my name that could have been changed

    By banned I think he means account banned, such as getting caught botting or something along those lines.

    That error code is the error code for being banned. You need to contact support to see why it was banned and to see if you can get it unbanned.

    oh wait so even tho i can log on to my account and go to different servers and still be banned for that specific server?

    Wait, you haven't played on that server in 2 years?

    I am not 100% sure about this, but I believe so. I believe you have to play on that server or else they delete it.

    :eek: ive been logging in all the time so they wont delete it lol i spent to much into that server :cool:
    :mad: plus even if i cant go back on the server i want my stuff refunded atleast... for banning me for no reason

    everything else was deleted but that account and the ship that was on another server is still there and i never used it....

    You will not get your things refunded. You don't just rent your equipment. Your account on that server was not just banned for no reason. Like I said before, you need to contact support to see why you were banned and see if you can get unbanned.

    P.S. You don't have to be a bot to be banned. You can be banned for a multitude of reasons.

    relax i gotcha friend i was hopeing i would be refunded because i was banned over a weekend i didnt play

    Well, don't get your hopes up. Bigpoint doesn't refunds or give compensation for being banned, unless it was done wrongfully to a large group of players. Example: The somewhat recent bot bans.

    sorry for late reply but yes u can go onto another server and email support still and let them know whats what on the server your having trouble with give them the user id for the server u are on when emailing that way they can pull up your global id then find it that way good luck tho :)
