wow, i lost a kappa due to lag

  1. my response from bigpoint was" am really sorry but I am afraid there is nothing we can do in this case. If the lag was global and the game team decides to offer a compensation to all the players, you will be informed through our Forum, but we cannot offer such individual compensations.


    my question is why was the gate not replaced?kappa is easy and with the lag that's been going on the last few days is it really a surprise that some need their gates replaced! I never once asked for a gate to be replaced! if Do don't replace my gate, I will never spend money again! sincerely the guy let down!

    Have you already had a gate reset in the last 30 days? Support will normally reset 1 gate every 30 days for you, so if you have already had one replaced recently then they will not give it back.

    The other issue is that only support can deal with anything such as gate resets, so if you haven't had any gates reset in the last 30 days then you will need to go back and bring it up with support again. Hopefully they can sort it out for you.
     
  3. they act as the lag on east one is surprising. everyone is bitching about it, i can't believe how let down I am. played this game for years and spend all kinds of money and they won't even replace the first gate I ever needed them too...why not? what makes me different then the other players. this is my 3rd money spending account. never once have they told me no! I will refuse to spend money on any of the three again until fixed. that's a promise.


    thx for the quick response 32. never had I needed or asked for one under this account. who needs them replaced unless lags kills them?

    cubinator boss was in the corner when I died. he's simple but when you lag out in the corner he's going to kill you. that's what happened, i was on the next to last npc. I can't believe they played it off as it was my fault I died. done over 50 kappas, never once lost one. yep it was your fault do, not mine!


    Why did support tell me no? when I've never made one request ever for a replaced gate. Did they just decide not to care? Did they decide to not be supportive? Or am I undeserving? I would like to know!

    really you guys have nothing to lose but a player who spends money. it's up to you.

    Honestly not sure, did some searching and the only other condition I found was that you need to have requested the reset in under 48 hours after you lost it.
    If I were you I would wait for a mod to reply just to confirm whether or not the 30 day reset still exists or not then email support back bringing it up.

I tried doing the gate and died twice when lag hit me on the boss lord wave. the hardest of the gate. so I tried again, last night when my work schedule allowed. when i died I messaged support right away. I suspect they thought I was just some new player who didn't deserve to be treated fairly and like everyone else. I am severely let down in this instance.

    Hi Darthtooter,

    Can i ask whether you specifically asked support for your gate to be reset? As far as i am aware support will normally reset a galaxy providing the user has asked for a gate reset within a reasonable time period and providing they had not had any previous galaxy gate resets within 30 days (a.k.a. only 1 gate reset is allowed in 30 days). I would advise that you reply back to support asking why the galaxy gate had not been reset for you, and they should respond with an answer.

    Unfortunately we are unable to intervene with issues that are already being processed through support, therefore i'm afraid i am going to have to close there thread as there is no further advise that we can give to you on this, the issue must be dealt with through support.
