XL Cloak Bid Problem

    So yesterday, i made a bid before 8AM it took FOREVER to go in, but it did, and i won. Well i never got the cloak, i got the mail for losing the 10 cloak, but never got the mail for winning the 10 cloak, which i looked, i won, and i never got credits back so i know for a fact i did. Support is of no help "it shows you won, it takes time to book it" doesn't take over 24 hours. Can an admin please assist me, i'm getting irritated cause support is ignoring me.

    Bumping this as i have yet to get a response, support is ignoring me on the issue, and i have yet to get my bid that I WON! Lets go DO don't ignore me, i can be a bad enemy.
