Your ship doesn't have any laser cannons. That's why you can't attack.

i don't know what the hell is going on with this game, I cant attack anyone cuz I don't have any laser cannons!? every time I want to enter or left palla field my flash player crush and then I need 5-6 reload but sometimes I must drag ship to 5-2 station,there is still problem with electro optic, problem with shield..... enough is enough

 

I get the same laser message. However , I do have lasers and I can actually still attack as usual .

I understand that patience may be stretched at this point but , I have always tried to give the DEVS... at BP/DO the benefit of the doubt and know that they will eventually fix it . However frustrating it may be. If we want to play we're just going to have to ride it out until they do.

I am sorry to see that you are frustrated with the game at the moment but i thank you for the patience you are showing. There have been many game issues in the recent weeks due to new updates and support are working hard at resolving them, with many issues already being fixed, including i hope, the issue with flash player in 5-3 palladium field.

I understand it may be difficult at this time, however please try to remain patient whilst support find solutions to the remaining issues.

I see this bug happens again on Global Europe 7. Was it somehow meanwhile updated, or the solution still isn't found?

yep,i saw again yesterday on global 7. but i can shoot so is not that bad.

 

Yeah, same. As long as I shoot properly, it's fine. I don't mind the message too much, as long as everything works perfectly

it seems the out of range message is getting overwritten by the no lasers msg. as for not being able to attack ive yet to run into that issue just tells me about 1,000 time circling aliens but my ship keep firing away

 

I have noticed this too, just forgot to mention. When I am attacking out of range, that message is shown. Maybe this will help support mods, please mention this. Maybe messages are swiped, so wrong message is shown.
