Your support is a joke

I purchased a box doubler and a rebate advantage packs and premium. I wish to cancel all but on the subscriptions page I'm not given the option to cancel the box is blank.

I'm not renewing the subscriptions and if you take a dime from me I will take my complaint to my states attorney general.

Your support doesn't cover this topic and is a joke, this should not be this difficult.

did you go on the uri page and right at the bottom find Status & Cancellation is this where u went

 

Yes over and over and my attempt to contact support failed and is no help. I don't know if my subscriptions are active/cancelled the box at the end are empty. If I could have wrote to support this would be solved but all they offer are pull downs, Why is it so difficult to cancel a subscription? Or to see if a subscription has been canceled? Why can't a player write a note to support in there pull down menu? Why hasn't some one in authority fixed this for me?

What is the likely hood on me spending anymore money here when your support doesn't help?

 

if it just shows just Active means it's live and you should see an option to cancel it
if it shows Active / canceled it means it's been cancelled and you shouldn't see an option to cancel it, these are only specific to the packs and not the premium packs as far as i know.

If you aren't seeing an option to cancel, then it is cancelled and it won't be auto-renewed.

Threatening a company won't get you anywhere. Ask about the matter before going about threatening people. Makes you sound like a kid.

 

I have moved your thread to a more appropriate section.
Rebate and Box doublers will automatically cancel after the time has expired. Those items are not subscription based and should not renew automatically. Both items will run out 8 weeks after purchase.

Pardon me but box doublers are subscription based and do renew automatically. At least mine does, unless there is another option we can select...?

I understand your frustration, However at some time or another you have cancelled this as it appears it is active yet shows cancelled. Please see below.



This does show Active / Cancelled this means the service is active and has been set to cancel.

Managed to find one with active and cancelled subs



The first one has not been cancelled and is active (notice the star at the end of the valid until date) star means billing will reoccur

The second one has been cancelled and billing will not reoccur

hope this helps

 

the XL rebate dose renew if u buy it with credit card u cancel it few days l8ter if u not wont it renewing
