    I've been trying to get an answer from BP support about the popup that appears after completing galaxy gates.
    I get the popup but when I click it to purchase the spins and booster I get an error message saying I already own it or it is not available in my country. The 1st time I got the popup I was able to purchase from it, so I imagine that means it is available in my country. I asked Support to clarify whether this popup is 1 use only or if it can be used at the completion of each gate. Their responses are below and frankly not at all helpful.

    So I created a new ticket and added further information asking for clarification over the use of the popup. (So far I have completed 5 gates and been able to purchase from the popup deal once)

    From supports 2nd response I am even more confused. I have only 2 accounts, 1 on GA3 and one on US West. Neither according to logs and balance, have received anything and why BP would send reimbursement to an alternate account is a bit beyond me to start with. Had I wanted the purchase on an alternate account I would have "tried" to purchase it on that account.

    Can anyone shed some light on this

  2. Support can be confusing and seem a bit moronic but you'll have to continue dealing with them in this matter, try clarifying even more lol.

    Unfortunately with responses from Support there isn't anything we can do in the Forums. As you have stated that your tickets have been closed, this thread will be closed. Support has the final say, and posts that are made from Support will be edited as it is not allowed to be posted in the Forums. If you are still having issues with this, then will advise you to contact Support again.

    Closing as referred back to Support.
