    Wondering if the e-mail delay or no notification in auction is ever going to be fixed. I am no longer using the auction since I refuse to have to sit there flipping back and forth to see if I am outbid because I cannot get a notification. Not wasting an hour sitting watching the screen. Whats the point?? Been like this since last year and never get an answer as to why or what is the problem. Typical for DO..

    Hello,

    In regards to getting a notification could be due to the fact that on the Auction page, there is a check box at the bottom. If Confirmation messages box is checked, you should receive notification mail, if this is not checked then you will not receive a message. Could you please to go your Auction page to see if this box is checked or not.

    Yes it is checked. Was in auction just now and same thing happened. Also one person outbid me on 5 different items the last 5 seconds. Support told me impossible as always but they are wrong. auction system needs some work. Not just me complaining just most tired of being told it.s out fault not DO.

    I put my bid in with 50min left in the auction in the last 60 sec I refreshed twice and it still had me as top bidder. After the last few seconds elapse I get a note saying I was out bid. How is it that no other bidder showed up after refreshing? I there a time limit on how long you can bid on the same item?

    Probably had the auction up on multiple tabs.

    There is no time limit. I miss timed bid one time and my bid went into the next hour. Was very surprised when I won the item.

    yes just happened again 10 minutes ago. 5 seconds left after refreshing I was still winning then poof i get outbid. Happens all the time with me and many other. too many glitches and cheating going on. Person that won auction spends $1,000.00 a week so wonder why he always wins. I know this because he was bragging how often he does it and how lame BP people are because they let him cheat all the time. Done with this.
