[TI] Bonus for recruiting 5 friends don't working for me?!

    I tired talk with support about it thousand time. I already invite my friends to DarkOrbit to get level 10 and then I should get bonus points but I didn't "Bonus" system isn't great! It's too hard to recruiting to 25 friends points to get Ambassador design for Nostromo because I did made it recruiting some friends but I never made any point!! Seriously please!

    If any of the invited players have used the same IP address as you or each other then the system won't count them to prevent people making or leveling the accounts themselves.

    It's too hard! How can I change that system because almost nobody have Ambassador Design?

    IP address base on local address where did they've registered dark orbit registered? Or base on IP address from their email?

    If the IP they used to register or any IP they used while playing is the same as the IP of the account that send the invite then the invited account will not count towards the invite bonus.

    I'm pretty sure if this was legitimate then you would have received the bonus for inviting X amount of friends to the game. Though I'm pretty sure the authorised personnel who have access to the database, they could simply check their user table or have an IP check up? Instead of aimlessly trying to figure out whether it's an authentic claim or not it could be quite straight forward

    When sending out an invitation to your friends and relatives please remember that the
    following is part of the rules to participate in the event.

    1. must not share the same computer.
    2. must not live in same household.
    3. must not share the same IP address
    4. must not share the same email address.
