[GI] GI

What's with the [GI] in front of everything ? That's annoying, we know it's general issues cos it's in that part of the forum. Why don't you do summat useful on the game like remove bots ?

They can't do that because forum staff/mods don't have any power over the game. That's up to the development team (who I assume are working hard to remove them).

Well to begin with I would like to say that this new forums only have one archive without sub section, so when the old threads are archived all the threads from various section falls into one place and it gets really hard for some of the forum users to locate threads.
In old forums we had sub section which helped the players to find the desired threads.

In past many players have raised this issue of locating threads from archive since there are lot of threads so in order to make it easier for Darkorbit community we came with custom prefixes which will not only help the players but also us moderators.

Some the prefixes which are being used is as mentioned below:
[GI] General Issues Section
[UI] Update & Idea Section
[TI] Tech Issues Section
[TEI] Tech Event Issues Section
[SC] Speakers Corner Section

Regarding bot users all I would like to add is developers and the support team is working continuously in order to eliminate the cheats in game and make Darkorbit as clean game for all of you, however this would take time and patience. The developers are doing what it takes to remove the cheats and hence you can see regular update on bots removal in this thread> Removed Bot Users

The use of external programs (whether it be 'bots' or other third-party software) is all dealt with by Support. The scripts are always running to catch players who plays by unfair means and also you can Contact Support to inquire further.

I didn't see an announcement for the pre-fixes ? Did that just happen, did I miss it, I do apologise if i did ?

And yes I am aware of the difference between the mods and the dev team, I was venting my frustration as the bots are coming back in more ans more strength. It took DO 3 years to wake up to the fact that bots were (and have) ruined the game ? Or do you think different ?

Seems like more effort is put into little fixes rather that hit some of the fundamental issues

Well the all the issues are being addressed there are something which needs to be handled by development team and support team and regarding issues which is within the moderating teams reach we are working on it as this little change.

There would be announcement soon regarding this prefixes being added to existing threads.

PoseidonsFury , I'm _Śҏᶓᶓď†ʀǻᴩ_[VRU★] from GA4/ Global America 4. i want to remove a few server. Can u PLEASE Remove Global america 1 and 5, USA (east coast ), USA 3 ( east coast ), France n Germany. I Beg u please remove the server. But, I beg you again to Transfer my item, uri gate and everythings in other server to GA4 before u remove the other server.. i can't play other server.
