1. I have 16.51 jackpot points, but what do they do? I think they are not enough, but still what can they do?

2. Is the pet AI worth buying?

Not true on the pet part, that's at the higher levels. Level 1, a pet requires nothing to be repaired, and slowly as it levels the uri cost increases for repair.

Levels 0-2 it costs nothing, then starting at 3 it costs 10 iridium and ends up at 350 uridium per repair at level 15

if you have not bought the PET yet, you might want to pick up some of the event boxes which you could get a free PET and some protocols.

 

The jackpot dollars are for the JPA event where you compete with other players to win and get prizes from. however it is currently down do to some issues that are being worked on by support. As for the AI protocol, if you spend money on the game then by all means get it, otherwise collect the event boxes like loyalty has stated, and save for auto looter and auto resource collector. auto looter will help you box, and auto resource collector will help you on quests for collecting such as the pumpkin quests which will be coming up soon, and for palladium which can be found in small amounts in 5-1, and in the Palladium field in 5-3 which can be traded in for extra energy for gates for 15 palladium per 1 energy.

I estimate I picked 1000+ blue boxes over 3 days and didn't get a PET. So I agree, it's listed as a prize but the odds of getting it have to be slim. Very slim.

If you don't have a PET the blue boxes will not give you the occasional PET gear. I noticed some blue boxes I picked up gave no reward before I got a PET. Now that I have a PET I get an occasional PET gear. All the gears are level 1 and you will get multiple of the same gears.

When you get together 10,000 jackpot bucks you could theoretically go in the jackpot battle and theoretically wind 10,000 real dollars. So in practical terms jackpot points or bucks do nothing for you.

Pets are very useful in many ways however. At least once you get one leveled up and fairly well equipped.
