[GI] I can't log in!

    Hello guys,
    I wake up this morning and I found out that I can't log in with my main account, when ever i try it takes me to the main page (where you put the username and password). Now I am loged in whith an old account. What can I do to fix this, it happens for the first time and I haven't been banned otherwise DO would had sent me an e-mail.

    Hi,

    I have noticed this occurs several times throughout the year. enerally, when there is an update on BPs server or an update on my computer or Internet provider.
    I found that if a run a disk cleaner such as CC Cleaner AND the disk Clean up installed on my computer the problem is resolved. You might want to try that.

    Hey Tina, i try log in other computers with other internet provider.. still nothing and support answer will come in the next 5 years
