[TI] Galaxy Gate Materializer does not load!

I have cleared the History and Flash cache's and still can not load the materializer. I can get every other section to load and play the game but can not generate any Galaxy Gates. What else should I try? I have current Java, Google Chrome, and Flash Player. Computer recently lost Graphics card and replaced it with a bigger unit and have lost a lot of LAG but then this is a problem I did not expect.

 

Try a different browser.
Or just reinstall Chrome.

I have tried to load Dark Orbit on other browsers and they all fail to fully load, so I have not been able to re-create the issue on other browsers. Internet Explorer, FireFox and Google Chrome have all been attempted and all have failed to load or open Dark Orbit or portions of same. I can do anything in Google Chrome except load the Galaxy Gate Materializer and do not understand as my friends have come over and logged in on my computer and had no issue. But I still have failed to be able to access the page.
