    hey am having problem receiving my winnings from the daily auction bid just brought a new ship new received it got the messages that I have won its also in my log book I what to do...

    DO NOT hijack the thread with your own issue. For this, you would have to go to Game FAQs > Technical Issues
    Check your hangar in the Overview section; you'll see it in the Allocation section at the bottom.

    "Citadel VETERAN" is the ship DESIGN for the Citadel.
    You did not win the actual ship :c

    Hello [♣mmo]Ҝʓℓv∆₮♣[mmo],

    Have created a New thread for you in General Issues as this section is for posting General questions about the game you may have. Thank you KilerStreak for assisting the user with their concern. As stated the Citadel Veteran is a ship design and it will be shown in the drop down menu on the Hangar where your Citadel would be once you want to change the design. You will need to purchase or bid for a citadel if you would like to use the Citadel Veteran design. If you do not have a citadel you will need to Allocate the ship onto a new hangar without getting rid of your current ship.

    Do you the Original Poster have any further questions/concerns or may we close?

    I'll add...
    You will ONLY see the design in the drop down IF you have a Citadel ship. If you don't have the ship, even though you have the design you will not see it in your inventory. This I think should be changed so that you can see ALL that you have in inventory. But thats another subject :rolleyes:​
