HI, my skylab wont allow me to send ore to my ship. If i put in 10 Promerium and click send it tells me to please enter the amount of raw materials or ore i would like to send. it has just started doing this to me a couple of days ago. i tried a different browser and also deleting the cookies on my current google chrome browser and it hasnt fixed the issue. Any advice?

  2. Going out on a limb and asking if you have the requested ore to send?

    Waiting...

  4. Take a screen shot of your sky lab and post it here, lets have a look be best to help assist.

  5. First let us know which server you are playing. Second have you cleared the Flash Cache, not internet browser history, but both could cause the issue. I know I had this problem once before and this corrected it. Third try sending one of the other ores to see what happens. And finally, is your cargo bay empty when starting the transfer, I know it is not giving the error "for not enough room" but just want to know the actual status of the cargo bay.

Let us know if you get the transfer to work again.

  6. Full Throttles request will probably tell us what the issue is, but short of getting it, as not everyone can do that, I have the following questions:

    1. Is the collector on? I an not being funny...
    2. Do you have refineries going? If so, are they at higher levels than the collector?
    3. Is your solar module putting out enough power to run everything that is going at this time?
With these questions in mind, check the following:

When you click on the collector, it will have a power icon in the bottom left corner. If it is red, click it to turn it on.

If you are just transferring that ore and nothing else, and have refineries going, they will keep it from producing any for you to transfer. Turn the refineries off and let the collectors fill up.

Click the solar module, it will tell you how much power you are using and how much your solar module can give total. If it is not giving enough power, start turning stuff off, refineries first, until the collectors are all running. When you are able, upgrade the solar module. Keep solar, storage, and basic module levels higher than collectors as you upgrade. Collectors should be upgraded as a group and kept higher than refineries until maxed out.

That's my two cents. Let us know.

i cant seem to figure out how to screen shot on this hp and insert it into the comments. I have also tried all the suggestions aswell and it hasnt fixed the issue yet.

  8. The OP is having problems transferring materials not creating them, so I do not understand why he is being told to check operational issues with the SkyLab instead of the Transfer Module.

As Promerium is REFINED the collectors are not the issue. As it is not registering the selection of ore it is a problem with the program/flash player/history.

I would suggest sending a ticket to support (include as much information as yuou can about what the issue is and what you have done to try to correct it) and then send a screen shot of the error to the automated response from the ticket generation system.

    Steps for a screen shot (assuming you do not know how to);

    1. When screen shows error message, hit "Print Screen" button
    2. Open Paint program in Windows Software
    3. Paste the image to the Paint screen ("Ctrl" and "V")
    4. Save file a JPEG
    5. Reply to support ticket auto generated message and attach the JPEG file explaining what your are attaching to the email.
    6. Wait for a response that the issue may have been corrected or they will tell you what to do next.
    7. Let us know if they were able to assist you (or what they suggest you do) or not.

  9. Because when I asked him if there is any ore available in the skylab, he said no. We don't know the status of his skylab, so checking that angle, and trying to get a lead on it.

I understand you have tried what we have suggested but can you answer the questions here so we know what it is showing you? Also, if you are able to follow HelpMeHelpYou's suggestion for a screen shot let us know that as well.

I for one do not have a print screen button, which is why I mentioned not all can do that, but he is still right about it.

    Let us know.

  10. Thought all computer keyboards had the key, usually up near the F 1-12 keys. I have not been able to understand how to post the image to the forums yet though.

ya it does have the button but im not sure how to actually put it in here to show people the problem. its getting pretty annoying i guess.

  12. Since you do not want to answer our questions we can not help you. I told you how to deal with the problem and you ignored it also so either you can clarify what you are doing, answer our questions so we know what has been done and what is happening, or create a ticket with support and follow my instructions to send them a picture of the error message you are getting to try to help them understand the issue you are having.

Hell9fire, I have been able to duplicate your error message by sending a resource I did not have any of.
Look at your collected resources (in my case Xenomit = 0) if you do not have any of that resource, or an insufficient amount, you will get the error you described.
If this is not the case, please let us know.

    Best regards,

  14. Sorry to say but you do not EVER build up stores of the Xenomit. As long as the Xeno Module is active and same level (or higher) as Promerium Refinery you will be making Promerium (assuming the Prometid and Duranium refineries are creating their minerals. My SkyLab is at level 20 on everything that is upgrade-able and I have never had Xenomit in storage (except on the ship) and now that you can not transfer from ship to SkyLab can not transfer it in, though it is stupid to have done this as you can not store this mineral in the SkyLab.

You are obviously not using your SkyLab for Boosting or building your credits with everything maxed storage but not fully upgraded.

  15. Yeah, he is a mod. He don't have the time. That said, he was using it in order to possibly reproduce the OP's issue. The bad thing is the OP STILL won't answer us on his skylab's status.

Also, some players do have xenomit stored on the skylab. The important thing is to stay with the point of the mod.

Hell9fire, would you like to rejoin the discussion? We need you to help us help you.... :p

Sorry HelpMeHelpYou, could not be, umm, helped....

  16. Seems the O P either corrected the issue or has decided to not fix it as he is not responding to those trying to help them.

Guess it is time to close this as we have no idea if it is corrected or not.

Meanwhile, I am done watching it so I will not be wasting more of my time trying to help them.

  17. Xeno has nothing to do with Seprom production...
