    Contact support, when they answer back to you, you will need to fill one form they will send to you and follow its all steps.

    hi got hacked years ago they suspended my account but i didnt get it back so will support help u no but u can try

    Just if you wasn't able to recover your account doesn't mean that someone else can. Just need to follow what support tells you to do.

    I won't go more deeper to the entire process as i dont know is it allowed to be posted to forums how support deals with stolen account cases.

    they said it woz my fault didnt no adding friends on fb would **** the job up. let me tell u the story. added wot i thought woz a m8 but my face book woz open to security .REALLY DONT NO HE DID IT but some how he new wot me email woz then the next day we were chatting bla bla bla then he asked me wot broadband i used NEVER THOUGHT ANYTHING ABOUT IT then the next day asked me wot my mums maiden name woz then the next day could not log in.so went to support and nothing so had to start all over again SO ALL YOU LOT OUT THERE DONT TRUST ANYONE NOT EVEN YOUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS. anyway thats my story please dont delete it its a lesson to be learnt regards GB1 server

    Simple solution: Keep game and private life separated = Dont tell anyone in game who you are :p

    I wrote to the support service , but 3 day they do not write to me .

    Support is taking up to 2 weeks to respond for some reason.

    Be patient. Sometimes support can be very busy.

    Yes, because english support team job amount is HUGE.
     
  10. So why they don't hire more support team employees? :p

    Just wait a month and see, if they don't response, try to send a new ticket.
    On the other hand...allow a hacker to "play" with your account more than 2 weeks...ough

    There are all kinds of threads and instructions not to give anything that would allow anyone to access your account. Do not expect to get any sympathy from us over giving personal information to anyone in this game. IF you get the account back, and I did say IF, be thankful you got it. Odds are it is gone forever.

Friend that got me started years ago, had the name and email address of the person who stole his account (fellow clan member was going to help him with configs and Pilot Bio) and after reporting it to support the response was it was his fault and he deserved to have the account taken. He had been very active (ship was FE with 40 PP in 2011) in the game and after being told he had to start from beginning again, after 60 days, said it was too much work and quit the game. He understood the security reasons for not giving the information but felt that since they were in the same clan and they had become friends (in the game) he was safe in doing this, fat chance that did for him.

    So either start another account with the knowledge you will not get the account back, or quit the game as the account is probably tagged as being a SHARED ACCOUNT and going to be banned anyways.

    Unless you are a WALLET and have ALL the transactions made you stand no chance of getting any sympathy from SUPPORT in the loss of the account.

    Our apologies for the delayed response. Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. As stated you will need to Contact Support regarding this. Please provide all info available such as Username, UserID, Server. If you are unable to obtain the User ID please post the exact name of the account. I have Support's link on my Signature for your convenience. Will take a while for Support to respond at least 48 hours, In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.

    Closing as referred to Support/has Contact Support.
