  1. im going to be honest, im very disappointed in the DO team, ive been trying for almost a year to get a response on a support ticket that I sent reguarding losing BETA GATE due to server lag, it took me months to get the gate and now its taking even longer to try and get it back, anyone care to help me, it would be very much apprieciated...

    Our apologies for the delayed response. Thank you HelpMeHelpYou for assisting the user with their concern. As you have Contacted Support you will need to continue the matter through them. In the event that a player has failed a gate. It is possible to contact support and request a courtesy gate reset. Courtesy gate resets are available to players every 30 days, however the player must contact support with 48 hours of the gate being failed. Players are only given 1 courtesy gate reset every 30 days.

    Please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.

    Closing as referred/contacted Support.
