This is how they take the money yet provide crappy service. They can not use the money that we pay for them to fix the main issue. It's ok, this happens once or twice a month, somewhat get used to it. Even though it is frustrating when it does happen. Maybe they will have it fixed by Friday if us the players are lucky. Otherwise, find a book to read, or watch movies... DO Team can't even compensate us for the boosters we pay for.

 

Usa west has the same problem and i have my 50% honor... smh

 

USA 2 east ... get into half back window.... game window not open.... please reset your servers...

 

My husband and I paid for the honor booster too and can't do anything about it or DO won't do anything about it.

Kinda makes me wonder if when the "April Fools" joke was removed the code got broken.

This is why I think the 50% boosters should be good for game play time, not real time. Not stackable, but at least game time until the next booster becomes available. or is purchased.

 

its the Chinese problems blame them for your lost.

 

Rest assured it will be up without any type of notification or explanation. Remember is BP...They dont believe in good customer service.
It takes less than a minute to post a not in forums about system down for maintenance.

ps the URI page still works so lets all send them money for a game that doesnt work.

cant log into game. Page not loading takes to black screen. Very frustrating.

 

It may be one of those times where it's going down & coming back again - all the same we've passed along the most recent downtime.

Yep, it's down for me too.
What is dumb is even though I am an active daily player, and I was on during the time where Premium was promised to everyone, I didn't get premium because I joined the game after March 1st. On March 2nd. And yet I still went though all the technical issues, still having them, but I don't get anything while everyone else does.

Hey guys bare with us! We are actively testing this (working on trying to get as much information as possible - we are experiencing backpage loading issues, game client black page, etc).

As repetitive as this sounds can you please do the following?

1. Clear cache
2. Run a traceroute to your server (- the us1/us2/us3/us4/ga1 ... etc) part of your domain:

• ie - in cmd prompt run the following
• tracert us1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com
• copy the result (remove your ip, any personal info), and paste into this thread. The more information we get, the more we can give as debug.

 

Well I am actually in East 3. (Just checked the top bar, don't really pay attention to that stuff) When I load the main back page the Start button wont do anything. It takes a while to load other pages, and doesn't load them correctly until a couple of reloadings, but the start bar does work from those. When it loads the other tab, I just get a plain blank black screen, nothing loads.
I have cleaned the Cashe.

• Server
• Details of issue (Backpage not loading, game client black, galaxy gates not working, etc)
