[TI] Oh My Yamato

I was recently trying to equip my Yamato . Just for fun and take it out for a bit . But I find that system will not allow me to add any extras .Error code says you can not place this item in this location. I tried rep bot , cpu-4 and various other extras yet none will load . This is not a critical game issue since I have other ships . I was just curious if anyone else has heard of this and weather this is something to contact support about. If my specific acct. info is needed it will be supplied if and when DO responds and requests it . TY

 

STARLIGHTHUSTLE, Can you try deleting both configs and try equipping the item again? I have seen some success by equipping the item on a drone first, then removing and placing in the extras slot.

Along with what .-Raijin-. has stated you may have to reload the Hangar section also. If these 2 processes do not solve the issue then try clearing the Browser History and Flash Cache, restart the computer and relog into D O and try again. I have had to do all of these to get them to allow me to equip my ships. Tried the delete config, reload the Hangar, clear computer, try loading again, restart the computer, delete config, reload Hangar, and finally got to load the equipment on my ship.

 

OK I'll give that a try . FYI I have 8 hangers and none of the other ships has this problem . But I will give it a shot.

 

You guys nailed it. Cleared both configs. and now it loads normally. Easy fix TY

It has something to do with the switching of the Hangar causing the issue. It does not happen all the time but it does happen frequently enough to frustrate a person.
