[GI] cbs modules still missing

any idea when i will get my moduels back, they cost me a lot to upgrade and would like them back or the uri to upgrade 2 replacements?

 

I put four mod in cbs and still not back inventory. I had lvl on them.

Hay same here, I thought it was just me? Has the bug been reported?

 

Yes the bug has been reported and there have been several threads about this issue and the issue is still unresolved. It has been suggested several times to NOT BUILD CBS's until Official Announcement of correction has been made. The people losing Modules have also been told to contact Support to have this looked into as far as being able to get them returned to your equipment.

 

i contacted support the day it happened 3 weeks ago, still not returned

 

I contacted support several weeks ago..answer was " we are aware of the issue" and closed my ticket

 

This is the >Most Recent< response from the Mods we have seen on this issue. But you say Support is closing the tickets when you report it so I don't know what to say.

 

You received a(n) LR Laser Module of Module. and they dont go to my inventory , also i miss all lvl ed , cbs parts ...come DO fix it !!

 

Same thing happened here. Still haven't gotten the mods back

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. The team is aware and looking into this as there are a few thread's and posts already regarding these issues which has been passed up. These issues including CBS Modules disappearing have been Confirmed by Support and have been passed onto Q&A/Developers awaiting to be fixed and are being looked into. We don't advice building bases at the moment.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.
