[GI] salvage protocols

Are salvage protocols on pet not working? I have 12 lvl 3 and they arent working

 

they nerfed pets ages ago pets are pointless my main has 10 lvl3 radar and it snifs my butt DO has wrecked pets any new player can get 3 salvage and 3 radar and it will be better then a full ufe pet lol

 

yes reported two weeks ago still not working..cmon do sort it out we pay to play!!

Not only so I have this issue "I have 12 lvl 3 and they arent working" but also cannot build a base parts never go on. Also when is D.O. going to start addressing all the issues caused by this latest update??? At the rate you guys are going there won't be anybody left to play against as people have decided to move on to other online games....

 

iv basically stopped playing because my dmg is way to low for my set-up, i have spent thousands on my account, if hey cant fix it im not giving them another dime.

 

Only in DarkOrbit's world can you sell someone an item/service and stop providing them the item/service with no explanation and think it is OK. If I did the same thing to someone I'd be in front of a Magistrate/Judge on fraud charges.

 

They are working on the issues, problem is they are still trying to make additions to the game on top of these issues. I agree with you all D O needs to address the In-Game issues before adding more content to create more issues. They had information in front of them that there were issues from the "Visual Update" (April 1st JOKE) effecting the PET that they never acknowledged or fixed and then added the A.S. on top of it without having it properly tested (without BUGS) before launching.

 

Update: salvage protocols still not working and I noticed when I tried to build a base I lost every module I tried to put on gone not there vanished!!! Also when you fight people on the maps I've pop'd 6 times while I still had a quarter of my HP left not lag related. From what I'm seeing DO managed to completely destroy this game with this last update. As far as I'm concerned I'm done with this nonsense until they correct everything they've broken. The bonus boxes themselves have also been ruined less uri and less gate energy which equals no point in getting box doubler.

 

iv basically quit the game now, spent a lot of money for something that doesnt work.

 

what is big deal guys with this, you colect with ship 4-5 boxes when pet colect just 1 and thats only 36% more and me and you know how big chanse is get uridium from there, the only person who should cry because this dont work are they who use autoclicker for more around map and let pet colect boxes.


get patient that isnt huge issue, they are dealing with much bigger problems

 

This is a major issue people get salvage protocols then they get boxing doubler they are paying to get an advantage in the game by boxing, they are not getting this advantage because the server is having issues so they should get compensation for how long it was not working. We PAYED for our boxing doubler we should be getting our moneys worth.

 

Don't expect compensation before a fix comes.

I payed for double box in past, also buy a kbot so i can get advantage and compensation was ban.

Please, 90% people boxing with autoclicker

 

That may be the people in your server, but in my server we know there are botters but we pop them and others can box as long as they are not botting. so I want my compensation.

 

I can't enter in have over hour because they delete accounts from bigpoint account and I search for my pw couse didn't use it over 2 years, that 1 hour cost me 50k uridium, who will compensate me? Please...

 

The issue is we spent a lot of uri on 12- lvl3 Salvage protocols and they don't work.

Thank you everyone for assisting the user with their concern. The team is aware and looking into this as there are a few thread's and posts already regarding these issues which has been passed up. These issues including CBS Modules disappearing and Pet Protocols have been Confirmed by Support and have been passed onto Q&A/Developers awaiting to be fixed and are being looked into.
