[GI] 50% XP Booster not booked

    Hello,

    So basically the title of the thread sums up my problem.
    I've bought today 20k uri because i've seen the 50% XP Booster offer on the start page, uridium has been booked fine to my account, i can see that in the Balance log, yet no booster.

    Server: GA4 (int8)
    UID: 41906570

    Is this a support matter or an admin could check this out for me?

  2. If you look in-game at the Gauge Icon hover over the XP booster and see if it shows there if not take a screen shot of it and a screen shot of the Uridium Balance Page showing the Purchase and send these to Support as they will have to fix the issue for you there.

    No, it doesn't show up, and i have only 10% XP (normal booster) in the boosters window ingame.
     
  4. Won't show here as it is not purchasable need to go In-Game and look at the Boosters there. The Icon looks like a fuel gauge and then you hover over it and it will show what composed the boost. I don't know how to post pictures so I can not show what I mean. But the 50% is only seen in the In-Game Booster window. I was going to post the FAQ link but that image is outdated and does no good for you to see.

    I have already mentioned in my previous post that it doesn't show up there either.

  6. Take this screen shot and a shot of the Balance log showing the purchase and send them to support asking why it was not booked? Might even have a shot of the Back Page News showing the offer just so they don't say it is not available today.

    Thank you for trying to help me. I've waited for an admin to reply here, but as that looks like it's not gonna happen, i've forwarded this to the support although i didn't want that because they take days to reply and hardly agree to help you, just find a reason to blame you for the issue and end it there.

    Anyway, i'd like this thread to be open for a couple of days just in case an admin would like to pop in, if not, then feel free to close (most likely this is what's gonna happen).

Please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer. We hope your issue gets resolved :)
