why does my chat scrolling stop after 1 page

( very annoying when having a chat )

anyhoos - I'm sure yoo lot are working on it

Please respond back after trying the following:

1. Clear your Browser + Flash Cache (Important to do both).
2. Does scrolling your mouse wheel down cause the chat to start cycling again or does it just stop moving altogether?

• If it stop's moving, and it won't cycle, try refreshing the page as you may have lost connection to the chatserver.

3. If 1 + 2 don't work, respond back here with your user ID + Server so we can test this further.

I have the same problem.
Only way to get chat to scroll is with my mouse wheel.
AND I clear my browser every 1/2 hour when playing and clear flash after each log out.
Refreshing page has no effect.
As group chat has been messed up now for about 6-7 weeks, it may be the same problem?

 

OK good post was waiting to say something. My chat every time a new member is added to group my chat restarts so if you were talking to someone in the group your message is lost the person reading it looses it also so we have to say it again, then when you do that if someone else is added or leaves group same thing the person or person's your talking to gets to say everything all over again. Plus sometimes your talking then all the sudden you don't get to see what you are saying. You type it and press enter and the chat has nothing on it, you can't even ask if they got what you said cause you don't know if they are receiving it. So your in group chat and your typing and all the sudden someone is added to group when you press enter your post goes into global chat and everyone gets to see what you send to group. And i clear cache and restart often plus the whole server says their having the same problem. GA3 please fix this very annoying problem.

 

The entire thing is caused by changes made at the same time A.S. went live and is something BigPoint needs to correct, as they control the CHAT (TWITCH Stream #8), it is known and D O has been trying to get information to B P to try to correct it but there are too many irons in the fire and not enough workers to work all of the irons before there is a meltdown. With all of the third party "handsfree" chat choices out there you may try them instead of having to type in D O's chat all the time.

 

Hello. im getting banned from the chat without reason. Second time it is happenig to me and i dont know why.

 

Need to create a post in the CHAT section where they can discuss with you privately what is going on.

 

rex`73 - You can post on the chat board to request more information on your chat ban.

As for the chat issue in general, I will take this information and have the matter tested further.
