[GI] vanishing goli

I had purchased a 2nd hanger and put a vengie in it. I bought lasers and shields to put in it but now my hanger with a fully elite lvl 15 goli has vanished. It took a long time and alot of uri to build this ship. Is there anyone that can help me find out what happened to it?

 

Was it a regular goli, and when what the last time you remember seeing it?

 

Did you have a design assigned to it and have you played since the launch of the NEW hangar system (the 27th and 28th of May)? Your account may need to be looked at by support to return the Basic Goliath as you had a design assigned when the change over happened.

 

I noticed it missing after the new update. There was a design on it, and what is the best way to contact support.

i contacted support but have not received a answer, will they contact me through game email?

 

did you receive the automated reply that confirm your email is been sent? if it does you got to wait a couple of days a week or a month or more maybe for there reply thats how good it is..

 

With all of the problems in the game they are backlogged with requests. They will pass your information up to the dev team to fix it and might send you an email (normal email you have on file) that they have reported the issue for you and should see the Ship in your inventory in a day or two after that. If you are really in a hurry you could replace it from auction (10K should get it for you) but the basic Goliath is about useless now that it only carries Cosmetic Designs, unless you really like a colored Goliath without any boost to anything.

 

I also have had a similar issue, only I still have my Goli. I no longer am able to access my 2nd hanger, which contained a Vengi that I was starting to build up. I am able to see all of the ships I have when I open the Hanger, But cannot open Hanger 2. Also, looks like items can now only be used in 1 configuration of 1 ship. As a result, my FE Goli is no longer FE...2nd configuration is lacking the LF3's and Generators I was able to use before.

 

Delete both configs, refresh the page and load configs again.

For the Vengi, click on it and make it a favorite by clicking the star. If you don't see the vengi in the hanger, you can click on the vengi design you may have had on it when the change happened. Then you will be able to switch to it like you did before the change. Its more work in the beginning but gets you moving again.

 

Hangars are no longer hangars but you can make any ship "Favorite" and basically places it to be seen in the game to warp into and also places them at the top of the ships available. Please refer to the >Hangar FAQ< for further instruction on this. You have to remember once an item is equipped to a ship it is not available to be equipped to other ships. You can see all the inventory you own by sellecting the inventory and then refine to the type (weapons, generators, ammo, etc) you want to see how many you have, this is better than the USER as it places all the items together.
