    hello all i need some info about how to get back my stolen account i contacted support i provide everything they asked except one thing they asked police report about stolen account but i don't understand about it why we need a police report if we have every prof we have to show that is our account even if we need to take police report what we have to write on it i searched in google also how to file a police report about a stole game account i got nothing there if some one have any idea about it please tell me or support just making us to gave up with that account

    you just go to your local police station and say you play an online game and the account was stolen if you spend money on the game or not you have been advided by bipoint to report it to the police and need a crime number to help get it back

    It is a Cyber Crime along with Identity Theft. If you have spent money on the game then it can also be actual Theft or Grand Theft if over 1000 spent. Your Police department will be able to answer these questions better than the community can.

    in the uk if i went to a police station and reported my account had been stolen they would laugh me out of the building lol

    As you have contacted support about this, there is nothing in the forums we are able to do. Your best bet to get your account back is follow the steps they gave you and contact your local police to obtain a police report.
