[TEI] Special Gates Weekend wrong rewards

I've sent in a ticket, but I want to make it known that for Today, Delta gate gave me the wrong reward. I had recieved the Goliath surprise pack, but was given a Vanquisher, a design that I already had because I had gotten a Vanquisher, Peacemaker and Sovreign pack. Instead I was hoping for Surgeon, or the possibly viable chance of the Centaur (even if I had Saturn), but this is a bigger disappointment. Please if any moderator sees this, make them aware of this issue.

 

This issue has been happening since the first one of these were run. YES it says a Duplicate will not be awarded but it does not say you WILL receive one you do not already have. This is a CHANCE Reward and you have a CHANCE to be awarded one of those ships. I can only assume that they are allowing the award of the duplicate to be seen so people will not be complaining that they did not get anything from doing that award Gate. It is just not your lucky day.

YES they are putting a lot of stuff out that is misleading in their wording and creating issues that do not need to be created. They really need to make these rewards so that you do get a reward if you complete the task not get a repeat of something you already have, everyone is doing these for a Ship they do not already have and as such they should be able to get those with this reward package.

I have never been amused with the way they have worded any of these packages or issued the rewards from them. And the CHANCE reward is just stupidity in any game, a reward should be a reward no matter what.

 

Nevermind I understand what you're saying. Thats misleading wording on Darkorbit part, and an error they should fix instead of trying to placeholder it with other things. I see the typical Bigpoint business strategy has not changed in the years I've played.
