[GI] Blacklist problem

  1. So I had this problem that I never had in any of the games I ever played before. A few days ago I spent around $30 and then the next day all the money got refunded back to me without any explanation, now I cannot buy anything with my credit card and I got blacklisted. I contacted bigpoint payment support and they told me this.

    Currently there is still an unpaid demand against your account; you were notified about this by email and there is a corresponding entry in the Banking area (Payment) of your account. You are blocked from most payment methods as long as this amount is still outstanding. If the money is not received by us within the period mentioned in the payment reminder, the system will block your account.
    Please settle this demand by means of the link found in the banking area (Payment). Various payment methods are shown there, which you can use to settle the account.
    Once the payment has been made, it can take up to 24 hours until the receipt of the funds is completely processed in our system. Therefore, please do not be surprized if the outstanding amount is not deleted immediately.


    What the hell is it telling me to do? I don't see anything in my payment page. "Please settle this demand by means of the link found in the banking area (Payment)." Where the hell is the link? I don't see anything!

    And it also said I got notified about this by email, I don't see anything in my email as well. wth is happening? Please give me a step by step guide on how to solve this, thanks.

  2. Well first you need to contact your credit card company. They probably flagged the purchase and refused to pay. This is common as BigPoint is in Germany. You didn't say if you have used the card for purchases before. What you can do is open a ticket to payment support and ask for instructions on what to do. You will likely have to use snail mail to make a payment, though it could be another way. This is basically your only solution for getting help. Be patient and know that the mods will close this thread soon since it is a payment issue.
     
  3. I have spent nearly $150 on another account in this game and had no issues, I've asked support for instructions but they're too slow to respond. I don't want my account to be blocked just because bigpoint failed to receive the money. And from my country, I cannot do snail mail to Germany, I only have a few options: Credit Card or Bank Transfer or Gift Cards (Subway etc.). I'll call my bank and see if they changed anything but the bank is closed on Saturday and Sundays, so I can only call them 2 days later...
     
  4. Yeah, that is the problem with weekend payment isssues. Support and Banks are not always available. I wish you good luck.

Unfortunately there is not much more we can help about Payment Issues here in the Forums, you will need to continue this matter through Support. Please give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.
