[GI] Payments.

  1. Need to know how to talk to the Tech Team or send them a message.

    "you can inform our technical support team via the contact form so that they"

    ^ This is from a ticket... but i don't know where to do a form at.

    On your backpage in the upper right corner there is a "?". IF you click it there is the the option to "Visit our Forum" or farther down, "If you can't find your answers contact Support" Click the support link and there is a form to fill out.
     
  3. As this is a PAYMENT issue you can also create it in the URIDIUM window if it is pertaining to a particular transaction with them otherwise you want to create it as ~~Dr.T~~ says but select the Payment as the reason for the ticket.
