[TI] connection to the server was lost

  1. Helo, I hawe message when I start to play "connection to the server was lost" and after that problems in the game, map freeze when I travel . I've just install browser have last updated flash-payer end I have a paid anti-virus program. It all began 30 November

    Can somebody help me to solve the problem.

  2. Actually the "connection to the server was lost" caused your chat to be unavailable as there might be server problem. The game page is also lag due to the server lag itself causing your game page to be delayed or even freeze for seconds. This is a common issue with servers when an event is happening specially during the night where a lot of players are playing. Normally after a server restart, the lag/freeze would be fixed. Unfortunately some server restarts happened only when there are few players online specially past midnight so that only a few players will be affected by it.

    send your IP address to support as a game problem inquiry .... and just explain [ "connection to the server was lost" ] as the chat client
    does not load .... It just happened to my account and Support reset the client .... If you don't know your IP just Google " My IP " and the
    search will tell you ....
