[GI] DarkOrbit Countdown Calendar

Can any one explain why I am having in multiple times to be able to collect this?

I do my normal login and I am immediately sent to my MAIN PAGE no clicking on anything. My logbook shows I get my 5+ day bonus but I did not click anything. I then re log and get the Advent Calendar so I can collect my daily door from it.

Is there anyone else experiencing this?

Here is the entry from my logbook;

If you are logging in but did not fully log out of another one, just going straight to the login page, you will have to refresh the browser.

 

What are you talking about? I only have one account and I log in and do not see the Advent Calendar or Daily Login Bonus. I just logged in again to see if I had any responses and again did not go through the Bonus or Calendar to get into the back page.

 

Ok, I was answering from experience but you must be having a different problem. Sorry I could not help.

 

As I have 2 accounts (with same login) I have seen what you are talking about, but it only happens after I have logged into both of them and back again. This morning, for example, I logged into US3 (the last server I was in) and then to US2, I saw the Calendar for both accounts and if I went back to US3 then I may or may not see the calendar, which is not an issue as I already got the bonus. But do agree it should not be happening on a FRESH login, but it does not surprise me that there are issues with this too.

 

if you are on another server for an extended period of time then when you go back to the pervious server you may see the event calendar again.

 

Well I guess I am the only one seeing this but it is getting very frustrating that I have to log in twice a day to get the rewards everyone else gets for logging in only once. So far I have had to log in twice 3 out of 7 days to see and open the reward for that day. First 3 days and 5th worked as normal 4th I opened this thread and yesterday and today both I have to login get the daily, without doing anything, logout then log back in to get the calendar so I can open the daily door.

This would be fine with me also, as long as I got the reward the first time I logged in, but I am not. Looking at my logbook you see exactly as I posted in the Original Post and is why I have a record (for the next 14 days) of what has happened, don't understand why they do not allow us to see 30 days since that is the limits for other aspects for Support requests (like Gate Resets) and often is how long it takes to get a response from them.
