    Hey guys,

    I was just wondering if you are aware that it is actually server lag on your end that causes the freezing on all major populated servers such as GE1, GA1 and EAST 1 etc... or are you guys simply too dim witted to realise? Please choose one of the following responses and let me know in the comments below, Thanks

    Choices not listed.
    But you realize they have to care to want to fix something. Lag is major issue but so is PvP missions working and both issues have been in game for over 6 months and the PvP is a simple "if - then" subroutine to be added to the ship definitions for a quick fix of the issue.

    The Video Upgrade was the start of the LAG and further updates added, have done nothing but compound the issues.

    What are the "Following responses" ?? Also East 1 is in no way a populated server.

    This is an on-going issue where lag fixes have been implemented during the previous months, however the issue still lingers around.
    If the usual clearing cache/flash, resetting modem or changing browser do not work then we ask for your help.

    For Support and the Development Team to further investigate this Lag issue we ask that you please Contact Support with the following information; Ship Name, User ID, Server, a copy of HAR file and a Time Estimate when you experience the most lag. Below is the link with instructions on how to do this.
