    The chances are that your account has either been perma Banned or that it has been deleted for inactivity.Btw Contact support for these matters not the forum and even if you decide to ask in the forum please do it in spanish forum as you dont understand english

    if you do not know the email u sign up with you have very little chance of getting any info on the account but u will need to send support all info on the account
    to prove that its your account you will need
    first email you signed up with
    first username

    If you got banned 1 or 2 years ago, you should have been contacting support back then. Now you come in the forums with large colored font like it will make a difference. I have doubts you know the information PЯØŦØϽØL mentions but it would help if you did. My personal thought is that if you have not played in all this time, its not that important that you get into that account now as you didn't really miss it. Start all over, play free, and keep out of the chat. You will build up fast with most players leaving you alone after a bit.
