[GI] how to buy lvl 3 protocol?

hi,
i just started playing and spent some money to buy uridium and i was interesting in knowing how do i unlock lvl 3 kamikaze?
there no point in buying lvl 1 because it is very low damage, lvl 2 and 3 and not unlocked for me and i am still lvl 8.

Assuming you mean your player level is 8 and not your P.E.T.
You need to get your P.E.T up to level 8 before you can buy level 3 gear and protocols, doing missions, bashing large NPC's and doing gates while flying your P.E.T will get it leveled up. If you are considering using kami once you have got level 8 kami gear it it also wise to have prem for the free P.E.T repairs.

 

Aries is is right.Also,your pet receives 5% of the game experience you get.The fastest way to get your pet to level 8 is doing missions.

 

And I would add doing Galaxy Gates helps out a lot too. This gives you a private map where you do not need to worry about UFE's attacking you all the time.
