    They replied to your post under "Stuck in UBA" and said it seems to be a server related issue and is requiring the Dev/Technical team to look into it as jumping you out (what the mods can do) is not working for them. Seems many are getting stuck there from different servers and they need to research what is causing the issue. @Solid_Eye has stated it has been reported and that people affected need to be patient.
