Could you please elaborate a bit more as to which code you were given?

 

The code was supposed to give me:

- Goliath-X
- 10k RSB
- 5k plt 2021
- 1 HST-1 rocket launcher

I decided to try the code again and the same thing happens, it says that the code cannot be found. Now im not sure if I should post the entire code and I can't message you so I will just write part of the code: DREP-D9GD-VU7E-XXXX

If code been send out from official bigpoint newsletter via e-mail, chance is that code might be expired. The code you talk about has been given out in December last year, which is some time ago so from my point of view code is expired.

Does OP have any more questions or shall I lock the thread?

I suppose I don't have anymore questions. A suggestion however: don't give away codes that expire :v

Oh edit - Generally speaking how big of an expiration date do these sort of codes have?

 

I'm not sure how long they last. I would recommend to use code within week or so after receiving it.
