[GI] lost missions

well I have yet to get my missions back but have seen a post that tells me they fix it. Don't think so i'm still missing half my missions. Here is the post. does everyone agree?

Hello everyone,

After the last sync, we noticed that some missions had disappeared from players accounts. We identified the issue, and have just rolled out a hotfix to resolve it. All missions should once again be viewable with the progress intact.

EDIT: The missions are now back, but it looks like progress has been lost. Our team is working on restoring the progress, and we will let you know as soon as we have more information.

I don't think they will fix it till next week now as they don't work on the weekends. Enjoy

 

The missions are offered in the nyx but I lost most missions and all progress on those missions. Will see But I don't have to much confidence in the DO support team after so many years of neglect in fixing issues in the game. Plus a few monts ago doring one of these so called fixes I lost two lf4's, after dealing with support or weeks, who never gave them back saying are you sure you had them. Right like I don't know how many lf4's I got on my ship. Only believe in actions not words.

 

I kinda know what your saying after the bug for cbs it took them like 6 month's and how many tries to give the upgraded modules back i thought i was never gonna get them back but eventually i did get them back "thanks DO" so i guess you will have to try be patient a little longer and give them the time they need hopefully they can fix it and you can get on track again. Enjoy

Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. If you have not contacted Support by now then you just might have to. Do not resend another ticket, please wait for your original message to be handled. It appears to be that this issue only affected a few quests and Support will investigate the issue further should you receive the final rewards for the lost missions.
