[TI] Map Screen locking up when using Back page

US3: There has been an error lately when trying to toggle between the back page and the map screen. I saw another post about this but can't find it.

When I am trying to use the back page and map screen the map screen locks up. I have to refresh it whenever I go the back page. I go to buy PET fuel or check anything and the Map sccreen just completely locks up. It doesn't happen on other servers!

US1 I experienced the same error this pm!

 

Are you using the Google Chrome web browser? I know you mentioned it doesn't seem to happen on other servers(so maybe not totally same issue), but Google Chrome seems to be having a similar issue as you have described. (changing tabs then game freezing/locking up)

So basically to just clarify what web browser you're using(also which update version number), to help see if it is the same issue in some way or not.

I've tried recreating the issue(on GB1, newest Chrome version 59.0.3071.115 (64bit)) and it does seem to happen inconsistently at times, hence why it may of seemed to not happen on other servers(if this is the issue you're having). You could also try double clicking a few times in a empty space at top of the window where tabs are, that should make it work again*. (which makes window not use full screen space or to use full screen space)

*I've Google'd it to see if it is a general issue with Chrome, which seems might be and found doing that gets it to work again. Or alternatively just click on the middle "button" at top right of the window that's between close and minimize:

I'm not sure how to find which version of Google Chrome that I am using?

 

Click on the 3 dots that are at top right of the window below "close", as seen in the following picture:


Then go to "Help" which is second from bottom on the list and click on "About Google Chrome". After that you should see something like this:

 

I am seeing the issue on both US2 and US3 and I use OPERA as the WebGL of Chrome keeps failing on my computer, causing all kinds of issues. And YES I have the current versions of both browsers.

Same problem at global america 5 i use chrome. It's happened quite a few times to me. Once in my galaxy gate too perhaps its something that needs to be looked into. The game screen freezes or locks whichever and only fixes when i close off the browser and hit start again.
