[GI] Clan Base Module(s) Upgrade Cost

Hi, I'd like to ask why all the modules that I have are the incorrect price, I have only one module which is the right price but what is going on for the rest of them?

There is another thread about this. It seems the new prices are only applying to the modules purchased after the start of the event.

 

It seems to just be a display issue(with old/already existing modules)*, but when you actually try to upgrade them you should be charged the correct new price. Which can tell by just taking note of how much Uridium you have or by going to Uridium>Balance to check the log.

If you don't get charged the correct new amount, then it would be a good idea to say what server you're on(and screenshot of the log, could also for Uridium balance before/after). Also say which module you tried to upgrade in case it is just certain modules.


I've heard some people still got charged the old amount, but not sure if it's an issue for some servers or weirdly just for some accounts.

The Cost is a Visual BUG that is LOW priority and will probably never be corrected. The Pre-Owned Modules are supposed to be unaffected by the price reduction but then I have my US2 account that did get the reduced price where my US3 account did not and no one seems to be able to explain this to me.

This is a crap shoot, you may or may not get the reduced price and you are to accept whatever you do receive.

The cost of the base modules are all costing me the exact old price with the exception of only one
As you can see all of the modules are costing me the exact same old prices and the new base module cost has not been implemented yet on my account.

The issue had been reported and we are awaiting a fix/feedback from the development tech team. You are all still able to upgrade the modules, however should you be charged the full upgrading cost instead of the listed cost on the Domination faq' then we ask that you please contact Support.

Please remember to only contact Support if you were charged the full price, not for the visual upgrade cost bug as the issue is being looked into.
