[TI] Sounds not working

    The last few days, my sound in the game stopped working.
    Music,board computer and sound effect are non existent.
    What can be the problem.
    BTW I put the volumes on MAX so its not that

    Could you check once more if you are experiencing this issue? There was a loss of sound early today that the tech team were aware of.

    Yes, I still have the issue. Its been 3-4 days now without any sound in the game.

    You have sound problems too if you use youtube or something else?

    No, everything else works. Only in DO :/

    I will get you the screenshot in a second but I just checked something.
    When i play thru Chrome, the sounds are fine.
    Only in firefox is the sound missing. Maybe that could help

    BTW I dont know how to upload a screenshot here :(

    Maybe you have to turn on the sound in firefox?

    Rightclick your speakers in the right bottom site and open your volume mixer and look for your firefox volume.

    All the sound on Firefox are working except the DO sounds.
    And in my Do sounds panel, all is on maximum settings and still not a sound.

    Maybe a bug with firefox.

    2D or 3D version?

    2D version. Does that matter?
    I will try the 3d version now and report back

    No sound in 3D version either...

    I have the same problem with Firefox too, all other browsers are fine, just firefox also sadly I cant play DO on anything but firefox cause my pc isnt that good other browsers will be too laggy, so is there any fix for this ?

    Hello,

    Your sound setting are customized which may be why you are experience some sound loss.

    As we logged in to check this issue the sounds were working as normal.

    Any way I set the sounds, they are still not working.
    They work when I play in Google Chrome perfectly.
    Only in Firefox do they not work.
