[GI] Game problems

Want to ask directly to you about cbs bugs and game play bugs. We are seeing lots of cbs bugs bases hitting way to hard also bases instantly recharging back to full Hp over and over while we try and pop it. Next i want to ask about botters are they gonna get ban or does DO still not detect them all cause there is many botters and i am sure DO must have got some video's of it by now. And also wanted to tell you one of my members say if they jump to a map to pop a cbs there on that map if we don't relog and just go to attack cbs the base can't attack us but we can put damage on cbs. Last i want to ask about top 10 players, i am in top ten and same with 1 of the members and we the top ten players have a bug when we go do gates we keep getting kicked from hades and sometimes we enter to start hades and the game freezes and when we relog it kicks us from hades and says we finish the lvl we were on but we didn't get any kills our records show nothing but the game put's us on next lvl but we are all experiencing many of the same bugs. Can you give me your input on these problems would be muchly appreciated Thanks. And please don't suggest a different browser cause we have all tried that and their all doing the same thing.

 

I will try my best to respond to everything. My only request is in the future could you make paragraphs so it's easier to understand? I would appriciate it.

CBS:
I have never seen or heard of any bugs regarding CBS regeneration or hitting harder than it should. If they have all the first laser mods on level 16, it can easily hit above 500,000 damage. If it is hitting tons harder just use the Spectrum ship because lasers don't do much damage to it.

You are allowed to post bug ideas and usually a moderator will respond quickly to it, seems like that hasn't happened yet on this post.

Hades:
I'm not a moderator so I don't know if these hades bugs have been reported either, hopefully a moderator will come and clear this up. But in my experience, I have not seen it.

Botters:
Botters can only be banned by the detected script for legal reasons upon the company. If they banned an innocent player, they would have a lawsuit on their hands so they will not risk it.

There is a thread all about the botters and how users can talk about them in the correct section.

Well all except the questions i asked about were not answered haha i mean i asked for help to solve the hades problem and it's not just me on Sunday our group was kicked from hades and what about all the waves i missed the rewards from should i just send in another ticket or do you have any suggestions or is it something DO is aware of?

The Dark Orbit team are aware of the CBS bugs and issues, one of them being difficult to recreate thus making a fix near impossible.

You should already know that those users must be left to be detected by the scripts run by Support, a process which is fair for everybody.

Could you please clarify what you mean by this? It has always been know that if you get detected by a CBS all you need to do is jump port or get to a safe distance and relog to avoid the aggression. Or do you mean you do not get hit at all while firing at the CBS? Please clarify.

We have no control over who gets kicked out of the group or gate, however we do understand the concern of losing progress while doing the hades stages. Could you please provide a screen shot or small video/gif for this issue?

Ok well he says if he jumps to a map using jump cpu this causes a bug that you can't be locked as long as you don't relog i have seen videos on this and was told it was sent to support. In the video even the clan is trying to lock him and they can't.

If you look in my log history which i'm almost certain you can you will find hades gates that i only finished the third wave and you will also see that i did not get even 1 kill from any aliens from the first 2 waves cause as soon as i enter the gate to me i'm there, to the rest of the group i'm not they tell me to hurry. So i relog and when i come back i am on 1-1 map while the rest of the group is in hades and it tells me i am already on next wave. Also this weekend my whole group all 8 players got kicked from hades at the same time we all had to re-enter the gate.
