[TI] cannot login too darkorbit map

I don't know what's wrong but the dam establishing connection is looping..

 

It may just be a slight glitch with the connection close the window and try again. I have seen the issue a few times and usually it clears in a quick instant. However, it could be as serious as the "client" is down but without knowing which server you are talking about no one can assist you.

I already used ccleaner and still no login to gamemap

 

You must be on US East 3 as I have had no issues with US East 2.

Does this delete the Caches of Java and Flash and clear the Browser History? Have you tried another browser?

 

I have tried waterfox,then firefox then coogle chrome then Microsoft edge...is still shows establishing connection.

 

It may take one or all of the following:
1/ Power reset of computer
2/ Cache clear of router (if that is an option)
3/ Power reset of the hub/router/modem

- just in case something got stuck & does not want to have a 2nd tab in use.​

 

I have already cleared the cookies and cache and restarted the computer 3 times...still no connection

 

Another good thing to try(if haven't already) when this happens is changing your "active" ship(the ship your using), could also help if the ship is on a different map. Other than that and everything else already suggested, not sure what else you can try from your end.

This could also be caused due to being stuck in a gate, UBA, map or Refractions etc. Though since you didn't mention what you were last doing or what map your ship is on etc, can't really know for sure.

Well, I've just went through the US East servers and was able to get onto the maps(x-1) fine. Unfortunately since Admins can't jump peoples ships about from within forum anymore(unless changed), if you're really stuck* you'll just have to contact support(if haven't already).

Server restart may sort it, but you might be better off contacting support sooner rather than later(far as I know support do at times respond on weekends). Though either way if server restart doesn't/can't sort it, may need support to help you. (although just for future reference, mods/admins need your User ID to be able to check/look at your account(if theres anything they can try to help))

*Or just some other weird issue.

still cant login with waterfox.I been using for the last few days and it worked fine.

I already cleared the cache and cookies and updated the flash...I am cooking on my end.

oh,and I removed the old java 8 and installed the new jdk java 9 and I cleared all the browsers out..chrome,firefox,waterfox,microsoft explorer.

it was working fine friday night...

yes my second account is on the same server with my main.
I havent logged into this game on my second in a long time.

why is my main account messed up?I am not blind here...on my end everything is green ok.

Usually about 5 or 6 am Server Time. Also be aware there is more than one USA East Servers. Have you ever turned your Modem/Router OFF? I know it sounds weird but I have had it cause issues for me in the past? You might try downloading "Opera" as it is the browser I use. The "FOX" browsers gave me issues several years ago and I stopped using them for D O, Google Chrome kept locking up as the incorporated Flash kept freezing on me.

You might want to use the "EDIT" button if there has not been any response when posting again as you can get a warning for "Bumping" your thread.

 

I use public wifi dont have a home service.

 

Okay that is your problem. The public Wifi is a shared bandwidth and if you are on during a busy time the system will time out. You might ask the provider to reset the router for you as it retains users that have already signed out. I used to have to shut ours down every night when I worked at the hotel.

 

ok,I just installed opera browser and got no change..I also installed the flash player update when prompted..

this is a waste of time...If Bigpoint cant fix their [removed]...I am not going to bother...

I was just playing darkorbit friday night...on starbucks wifi...

everything works im online...I logged into my second account on the same server with my main....


I am waiting for support and Admins to find the issue and fix it.
