[TI] lost a bunch of equipment when I changed ships

    hey I lost my lf4,2 of my BO2 shields, my magma laser and a few other things and deleted everything from both of my configs first, is there anything you can do to get any of it back

    Mods will probably direct you to Support. Maybe you hadn't logined for over a month and it must take a while for the game to reload your inventory.

    First off refresh your game and then go look in inventory again. If still not there go back to the ship and delete all equipment again and once again refresh the game and go back to inventory. Also be sure its not on one of your other ships in a hanger.

    I've occasionally had this problem as well usually just a game refresh and clearing cache etc. works.

    Hiya Artemis_1975,

    As stated above if you have been away from the game for a long time your equipment may disappear. From what your title states you warped ships and lost your equipment? I don't know if you are aware that you need to have desired ship fully equiped before warping to it if you wish to use it on the go or Warp the ship then re-equip it, unless your using the transfer system. Your items should be in the hanger.

    Please be a bit more specific so we can understand what your issue is.

    This is a long standing BUG that is happening when deleting configs and trying to reload on another ship. The only thing that can be done is to relog into the hangar and then see if the equipment is seen there to equip the ship. Just to verify that the equipment is not missing you can look in the inventory tab, this shows ALL equipment owned whether equipped or not.

    Don't know about you but on me after the Hangar fixes, it hasn't happened to me anymore. Idk if it's just me, but I'm happy then if they fixed for me only. :D

    As long as anyone sees the issue it is still an active issue, and has not been fixed. Some issues may be caused by things that have not been found at this point. AS this has been a RANDOM issue it is very hard to replicate and thus even harder to correct.

    I will continue to provide this response as the corrective measure as long as it is being reported as solving the players issue.
