[GI] No Kronos gate part received

I finished hard Skoll gate and did not receive Kronos gate part.

Galaxy Gate Cold Wave (hard) completed.
You received 300 R-IC3 rockets.

According to FAQ I should get 1 Kronos part.
I'm playing on GE5 and my UID is 80970974.

 

Did you check your gg's to see if you got the extra part for kronos or are you just assuming that because it's not in your history for rewards you never received it. When i got my rewards i saw it come up on the top of my screen but i didn't check but am sure it's there.

 

The same thing happened to me.
I received my Kronos gate part for the Easy Skoll Gate however I did not receive it for the Hard Skoll Gate.
I checked my log and it was not listed and my Kronos Gate page as well. There is no trace of the credit for a Kronos gate part from the Hard Skoll Gate.
Oh well...que sera sera.

I see I was given a Gama Gate Piece for doing the easy on both of my accounts, but like you say there is nothing for having done the hard on my main account (US2).

 

Yes, I did check my Kronos and I'm sure I didn't get a part from hard gate.

 

Yeah same problem here, did not see a kronos part when I completed the hard gate and am not seeing it in log. Does not look like I received a kronos part when I checked by galaxy gate generator.

I found an answer to the missing kronos part issue on the german forum, in essence the kronos part that you receive is based on a dice roll and if the dice lands on kronos parts you already have complete for example 2 kappa then you lose out.

 

My US2 logbook shows the Kronos Gate reward for both Gates completed, but only see 1 Gate part assigned. My assumption is that they chose to give us the Gamma Gate Part and if it was the last part needed and deployed the gate before running the second Gate then we would have received both parts. But since I did not have the Gate ready to deploy I only get Gama Gate Part once so I am just out of luck.
