[TI] Loading Screen

Stuck in loading screen,
Help!

 

Close it with the window "X" and try again. This works for me. You may try to clear your browser history, flash and java caches and restart the modem/router and computer, if the first thing did not work. These have all worked for me in the past.

it's stuck on the loading screen to get into the game

 

Post server played and Mods will look into it for you. Have you tried another browser? I use Opera and Chrome to get into the Orbit.

I notice the Connection screen is taking longer than normal today.

Playing in USA East

Currently using chrome

The problem started when i tried to get into arena and was just stuck

So i exit the game and now i cant log in anymore

 

Okay that being said you need to send a ticket to SUPPORT (accessed by using the "?" on top right of main page) and ask them to put you back onto your server main page. There are issues with both the UBA and Refractions that we have been informed to not access them until they give us Official Notice they have corrected these issues.
