[GI] Payment issue

    Hello,
    Not sure if i should post it here or somewhere else, but this is my problem.
    Last couple of days i had several payments and it went fine but last one when i tryed to pay i got some error and my credit card payment option disapeared and i have small amount that i owe.
    I want to pay it but since i don't have an option with credit card or paysafe card i can't really pay it. I contacted support and they sent me here on forum.
    Could someone please help me with this, on my bank it says the payment is successful, but nvm for that i can pay again since it's small amount.
    Only if i could get an option for credit card again.
     
  2. You need to look at the other options provided and chose one of them. Also, call your bank and ask for confirmation about the "successful" transaction. I say this because it can look like it has gone through online but be in a "pending" state. Your bank may have even put a hold on the payment since you had so many to a "foreign" company. They won't release the payment unless you stop into the bank and talk to them in person. It is to protect you, and the bank, but mainly the bank. o_O:rolleyes::p
     
  3. Did you send the ticket to support or payment support? Either way, with the exception of what I posted in your other thread, there is nothing that can be done in forums on the subject.
     
  4. Get a Subway Gift Card or other available selection and use it instead. I switched when D O started being paid in Europe instead of USA as my card charged me the International Banking Fees. The only issue I have now is keeping money on the Gift Card for D O, but it is all online so is not an issue there either.

    The issue you have with the Non-Payment may need to be addressed with another transaction (outside of D O) to clear it. You should have been sent an email on how to correct the issue before they take your account from you.

    I've sent them and they couldn't help me. I think the problem is premium account, automatic renewal tryed to renew it and my bank probably refused it, now im blocked and DO charged me for that premium. I dont have anyother explanation. And theres x4 uri in the shop for 1.3hours atm... now im gonna miss that.
    I hate this. Thanks anyway. I guess im gona wait for the ban, or maybe make a new account...not sure if that's smart thing to do
     
  6. Two options I can see here.
    1 Contact support and ask them to cancel the premium on your account. They may be able to do this for you.
    2 Contact your bank and ask them to honor that payment.

    In any event when replying to support, remember to use the SAME ticket number
    (TICKET #723514).
    Just put the ticket number in the Subject line of the e-mail.

    This will go much faster and easier for you.

  7. Now that you hijacked someone else's thread did you bother to look at the Original Thread YOU made on this subject? You should have received an email about the payment failure and what to do to correct this. This is the very reason I do not use a credit card to buy anything in the ORBIT use Gift Cards and YOU control the payment schedule, because you have to create the payment not D O.

    I tryed getting BigPoint GC but i couldn't, i would likely buy it from someone (like u for example) just to fix this issue, i can pay you on paypal.

    You would save me and my account.

    P.S I checked on my bank account and the amount that i owe 4.99eu is sent, maybe it's not only proccessed...
    But pls think about me getting gift card from you. :)

    I just checked it, it's not the premium, the only thing that i bought with 4.99eu is 5 obisidian keys, the payment is in the bank listing but maybe D.O didn't recieve it, i don't know.
    I hope i will find someone who can sell me some paysafecard or BigPoint GC so i can pay it with that.

    I have a direct bank transfer, but that's really a pain and it's 30eu provision for 4.99 eu payment. That would be my last option really, and i'm not sure if it will work.

    Have merged and moved the posts to this thread to make things easier to find instead of multiple posts in different threads. As with all payment issues they must be referred to Support. Before closing this thread could you please explain why Support directed you here on the forums? Was it for other payment options? Please do not copy/paste the Support response.
     
  13. Did you check your EMAIL for the receipt or message from D O on how to deal with this issue?

    IF you received either of these then you have better information to deal with than anything from the FORUM.

    With the receipt you send a copy of it to support using their ticket number.

    With the message they tell you the steps needed to follow to correct the issue.

    Starting a NEW account would have to be a F2P as the card will be on a blocked list and the first tine you used it would throw off RED FLAGS and cause the account to become BANNED.

    Forget about all, when i sent them a ticket they said that i didn't provide enough informations ( ofcourse when a ticket has no text field for a problem description jesus christ... what kind of a ticket that is! ) I can't communicate with them, ticket is only dropdown lists and check boxes what the hell.
    I give up anyway, bigpoint support is awful, even the payment system, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO OWE MONEY TO SOME GAMING COMPANY??
    They should get better developers to fix that payment system. Unbelivable.
    I don't even know why they sent me on the forums when it's their fault , i have all reciepts even from them that the payments is successful and i can't send it to them, they ignored screenshots in the ticket.
