[GI] Canceling Premium

Hello,
I need help with cancelation of premium or rebate. Somehow i got no button to cancel it and i don't want it to be renewed automatically.

Whom should i contact, payment support has no option where i can describe my issue, only combo boxes.

IF you do not get the option to cancel when you select the SUBSCRIPTION then remove the payment method and it will not renew.

I use Gift Cards for these just for this reason, plus my bank charges me extra when I use it to pay the German Bank.

BTW where do you buy Gift Cards?

 

I use pre-paid Master Card or pre-paid Visa Card. Can get many places now.

I'm in Canada, can get them places like Canadian Tire, local drug store, money marts or almost any check cashing type place.

I know there are certain game cards you can get but I don't use them.

Look at the available choices for your local server and then look for the source, I have 4 available choices Subway, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar General, and Obucks. The first 3 I can go the the store and buy the card, register it online and add money when I want on my computer, have no idea about the Obucks. If you place something in your Cart and hit checkout there are 4 methods there that are also prepaid methods and clicking on the "I" will give you information on where they can be bought and if not search the name and I am sure the website associated with them can send you to a retailer to get the original card and some are reload-able.

I use Subway as they are everywhere and I can use the funds for a sandwich if I have no cash available that day. And this card can be reloaded from my computer plus they can be bought almost anywhere gift cards are sold.

But then this does not solve the issue of not being able to cancel the subscription and preventing the future renewal of it.

 

I just deleted the credit card info and it says it won't be automatically renewed... That works just fine for me.

Ummm yep, sure does. Pre-Paid Card. Once it's used it's empty. Renewal won't go threw therefore being cancelled.

This is where a lot of people have the issue of OWING Money to D O as they process it as a Credit Card and do not wait for the approval to give the item, then they have to try to figure out how to satisfy this debt to continue using the account before they ban it permanently.

I was always able to CANCEL the subscription before it needed to be renewed, but I also had a Pre-Paid Visa (only worked if I had funds available) but never gave D O the chance to try to charge me for something AUTOMATICALLY.
