How is it reported and what are the consequences for dealer and the receiving player?

All participants in the pushing will receive the penalty depending of previous punishments and violations. E.g. if enemy 1 destroys enemy 2 40 times, enemy 2 reports it, enemy 2 will get a short ban and -30% EP / Honor loss as a first timer, but if enemy 1 had e.g. bot mark or two pushing bans behind, he will eventually receive permanent ban.

 

But why would the dying end get banned if hes the one losing more? Just going to give him a break cause he sucks so bad? lol BTW where did you get this information, Sapphire Regular?

 

The killed should have been smart enough to move to another map or take a break from game for the day. Thus you were an enabler for the PUSH and also get punished, they do look at all aspects before they do issue the punishment.

 

It comes through the experience from the past years if I could say so, haven't happened to me though. Also Pushing Penalties thread, which was linked above tells the bans.

 

Sooo if the person has already 1 pushing ban it will recoil to a permanent? That's pretty harsh if its the person that keeps dying and it just happen to happen again due to anger or just trying hard because they like the game.

Depends from the history. Usually it requires 2 pushing penalties and the 3rd one is permanent, but if you have been banned e.g. for botting and thus marked in the blacklist, you will be permanently banned instantly on first violation.

The game is PVP based and we do expect players to fairly kill other players, however, there are mechanics in place in order to prevent abuse of the PVP aspect, i.e You, as the player are destroyed, would have a choice on re-spawn points allowing you to engage in battle again, repair or return to base and repair / regroup. The system also has a diminishing returns mechanism in place to discourage constant killing of the same opponents.

Being destroyed/or destroying someone every day does not indicate pushing kills. However, if the kills were in a considerable amount and maybe even every day, then it may be considered Pushing. The Destroyed or destroyer are both responsible for their participation in this meaning if you're complying to allow someone to destroy you dozens of times you are just as crafty in the pushing activity and would be held accountable as well.

Should you see evidence of pushing please contact Support as they review all aspects before issuing a Ban. Remember this game is supposed to be fun, don't let others ruin that experience for you.
