[GI] fluctuating honor rewards

yesterday i did zeta 6 times, and i noticed that not every time i got the same honor reward.

during all gates i had 70% honor booster, aswell as the drone formation (+20%) and exalted design(10%) and pilot bio...but 1 time i got about 60k honor less than the other times.

i have no evidence to support this 'inquiry', but y'all believe right?

 

How much honor did you receive at the first time?

• Without pilot bio on those boosters, you'll get maximum of 864,000 honor in double rewards day.
• With 1 point on Cruelty I, you'll get 898,560, with full Cruelty I, you'll get 933,120.
• With 1 point on Cruelty II, you'll get 967,680, 2 points 1,019,520 and full 1,080,000.

All over, it feels like you missed one 10% booster, assuming that you had Cruelty I either full or only one point. One possibility is that your company won a 5% honor booster from somewhere and it ended or something else.

 

i had all but full cruelty II, and i got about 965.000 most of the time, but then once i got 919.360 honor.

 

OK, correction:
twice i got "You received 973.440 honor.", and all the other times i got 919.360 honor. (i searched through my Logbook). Also, at the time of the gates i only had 1/2 of cruelty I, and none of the cruelty II

Which means i got 973.440 with only 1 point in cruelty I, so i wonder what is missing in the equation, no cbs, no group members, and no company wide bonus

 

Gotcha. 50% booster is own booster -> Does not stack with other boosters. With all these, the regular amount is 973,440, group members doesn't even share even if they were making Zeta. Somehow you're missing around 5,8823529411765% of the honor, which I don't actually understand.

 

i've been trying to work it out via excel, but i can't seem to find how you came up with the 973.440, i'm not a math genius (probably not even a math adept)
help me out here

 

400,000 (base value) * 1,5 (+50% booster) * 1,3 (HON-BO1, HON-BO2, Exalted = +30%) * 1,2 (Veteran formation = +20%) * 1,04 (1 point on Cruelty I = 4%) = 973,440. That's the correct amount you should get and that's how it counts.

Did you change formations at the end of the Gate? If the 20% formation was not active when the last NPC died then it did not get applied and could be part of the fluctuation you are asking about.

 

I have been working with my Excel sheets and calculators, unfortunately removing any of the existing boosters or splitting the stack is either too high or too low. The percentage, which is missing is literally 5,8823529411765%. Even on CBS boosters this is impossibility due to decimals and with those boosters, the 973,440 is maximum honor he can get from the Zeta with the Veteran formation without CBS boosters. The reward he gets is under it, and the loss is 54,080 honor points.

For now, I haven't found any solutions to this and it still seems kinda weird case, there's no booster which can give that amount. Either, that's a visual glitch or then a bug.

Also, Zeta gate does not end immediately after last NPC unlike Hades does. Your Veteran formation needs to be on just before the rewards will be given. I really want this case to be forwarded to the tech team or someone All-Knowing Oracle could explain me this or correct my math if it's incorrect.

 

i changed to the veteran formation when the last alien was almost dead. So unfortunately that can't be it

 

i have just contacted support, and explained it to the best of my abilities, and since they have total control over my account, they should be able to figure out that i am correct, and will thus give me 216320 honor since that is how much went missing with 4/6 gates not paying up correctly

 

Next time when you make gates (especially Zeta), capture your honor before the rewards, so we can make sure it's not a visual glitch on log-books.

Now the annoying thing is to time it perfectly as you know the devourer can be killed before last wave spawns, but the trick is to kill it before then, while timing the switch from moth to veteran perfectly
