[GI] Lost My Second Line

Dear DO,

I'm a premium member, and I lost my second line of "at the ready" (10 boxes icons) on the player's screen. I should have 20 but lost the second half. This happen before, and I did get it back, but I want it to stay there. My membership will end in 2019 so I'm good.

If you've been playing on smaller screen, try to move the regular quickslot bar a bit above to see if it's behind it. The resolution scales itself by the screen size. However when you play again on bigger screen, the resolution won't save, meaning that all the windows etc. stuff will be in the places where they had to be on smaller screen.

Also just make for sure you have the option from the settings ticked "Display Premium Quickslot".

Well it isn't back yet. I thought a reboot would work and I gave it a few days too. Rebooting each day plus getting my bonus. It is not back yet. Only have the one line.

Check your in-game settings that you have premium bar and pro action bar enabled. try reset gameclíent otherwise.

The ID Number is S123143879 for Premium. I don't know if this will help getting my second line of Quick Slot back.

I looked at my Display Premium Quickslot Bar and Display Pro Acton Bar and both are checked. I compare my two servers (USA 1/2 (East Coast) and there are set the same way. Server 1 has both Quick Slot Bars display on screen, and Server 2 doesn't have the second bar.

I don't know what Gameclient is and where it is. I didn't find it in "Settings."

Hi All,

I have my setting set as shown above except I don't have 2D version selected. As of today, I still don't have my second line of quick slots. I do have my 5% discount for the SHOP.

Hi All,

Well, I log in today and I still don't have my second line of Quick slots. Does anybody at DO know how to fix it? Yesterday I did a cleaning of my system in hopes' that it would do the job. Well that didn't work too. I have done what the I was told to do and my Setting are set like they should be. Still no quick slots second line.

the other slots u missing may be hidden under the other ten slots on screen go to settings click open config mode ,then look carefully as u can move the boxs around and im 100% sure its hidden under others but u wont c it unless u click open config mode

if u have ran out of prem then purchased the premium again u have to do it this way because all will need to be placed on the slots again

 

also try full screen to try to see other bar

Thank you for providing your UserID along with the server. Have looked into the account and you do have all three bars which are shown in the image below. Your first bar is loaded and your second bar is right below your first bar and your third bar is the icon to the left of your two bars. All you need to do is click the icon and it will maximize.

Well it worked. I empty everything and restarted. They were there under the first slots hidden as you said. Now I have my two quick slots again. I was getting worried because I was at a lost in how to fix it.
